We have vacancies for part-time Christmas Temps to work at our Head Office in Livingston to help out over the Christmas and New Year period.
We are currently recruiting for part-time Customer Experience team members to work a variety of day, weekend and evening shifts in our contact centre. Working hours will be up to 10pm Monday to Friday and 9-6 Saturday and Sunday.
The schuh Customer Experience Department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe that every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

You must have the ability to travel to Livingston, Scotland.
Availability over Black Friday weekend, Christmas and New Year is essential.

You will be expected to:
Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms.
Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
Full training will be given.
