About the role
We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Experience Team Member to join our existing call centre and translation team. We are looking for someone to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. This will be spilt across working in our Livingston Head office and remote working from home.
The schuh customer experience department is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe that every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

Can speak fluent German, you will be dealing with our customers contacting us from Germany.
You are friendly, outgoing, a great listener and have excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
